This really hits. The tension between our intentions and the systems we’re in is so real. I appreciate how this piece centers the human side of fundraising and the emotional labor we often carry silently. It’s a reminder that doing “more” isn’t always the measure of care, impact, or accountability. Thank you for naming what so many of us feel but rarely see illustrated so clearly.
